Rough translation:
It starts how they were rescued, introduced to Ginjou.
Riruka sneezes on Rukia and turns her back to normal.

The story begins with their rescue, being invited by Ginjou.
Riruka sneezes and return Rukia back to normal.

The view is from the side so it’s not clear if it’s a hole or she was pierced with something.
Trivia: Love Gun (ラブ・ガン, Rabu Gan): A heart-shaped device with wing-like protrusions on both sides and a liquid containing vial that juts out of the back.
